Recently, Ruhlamat has successfully delivered another highly flexible automated production line for 3-in-1 electric drives. Completing the project and putting it into operation in just 6 months, Ruhlamat has injected new momentum into the customer’s market competitiveness.The entire line consists of 70 workstations and achieves an 85% automation rate through robot-assisted process optimization. With an 80×60 m² circular conveying system layout combined with standardized process station design, space utilization has been increased by 10% compared with the same workshop area.

Adopting a modular design, 85% of the workstations can achieve quick changeover, enabling flexible production. The production line features high compatibility and can simultaneously support e-drive production for multiple mainstream domestic new energy vehicle models. The new product launch cycle is significantly shortened, helping customers respond quickly to market demands. The whole line is equipped with error prevention and correction mechanisms, ensuring a yield rate of over 99.5%. Every product is manufactured under the dual guarantee of data and quality.
