Solution Design & Technical Leadership

1. Lead mechanical concept development for customized automationsolutions.

2. Define system architecture, mechanical layout, and technicalscope based on customer requirements.

3. Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, and solution boundariesat an early project stage.

4. Act as the mechanical technical authority during solutiondefinition.

Business Development & Sales Support

1. Support sales teams in business development activities from atechnical perspective.

2. Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technicaldiscussions, both online and onsite.

3. Translate customer needs into technically sound andcommercially viable solutions.

4. Contribute to go / no-go decisions and solution positioning.

Pre-Sales Engineering & Proposal Support

1. Prepare and review technical concepts, layouts, and keyassumptions for proposals.

2. Support cost estimation and quotation processes with reliabletechnical input.

3. Review and clarify technical requirements, specifications, andcustomer expectations.

Customer Interaction & Technical Communication

1. Serve as a senior technical contact for customers during thepre-sales phase.

2. Present and explain solutions clearly, addressing technicalquestions and concerns.

3. Build long-term technical credibility and trust with keycustomers.

Global Collaboration & Project Transition

1. Work closely with international engineering and manufacturingteams, including China.

2. Ensure smooth handover from the solution phase to projectexecution and delivery teams.

3. Support alignment between European customer requirements andglobal delivery capabilities.

4. Contribute to solution standardization and modularizationacross regions.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

2. 5–10+ years of experience inmechanical engineering for automation systems or customized machinery.
3. Strong understanding of automation equipment, machinestructures, and manufacturing processes.
4. Proven ability to work at system and solution level, not onlydetailed design.
5. Experience in concept development, application engineering, ortechnical sales support.
6. Proficient in at least one major CAD system (SolidWorks,Inventor, Creo, CATIA, etc.).
7. Fluent English for professional technical and commercialcommunication.
8. Ability to independently lead technical discussions andcustomer presentations.
9. Additional European languages are a plus.
10. Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, internationalenvironment, including collaboration with Asian teams.
11. Open-minded and positive attitude toward working withinternational and Chinese engineering teams.
12. Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionallyinternationally.
13. Strong communication, stakeholder management, andproblem-solving skills.
14. Ability to work autonomously while aligning with globalprocesses.

15. Background in automotive, battery, electronics (3C), orphotovoltaic automation.

16. Experience supporting sales or business development teams.

17. Familiarity with CE conformity, Machinery Directive, andinternational safety standards.

18. Prior experience working with global organizations orChina-based engineering/manufacturing teams.
