Job description

Business Development

  1. Developand execute business development strategies to identify and capture newopportunities within the global industrial automation market.

  2. Establish,maintain, and expand strong relationships with key accounts, includingOEMs, system integrators, and end users.

  3. Conductmarket and competitor research to understand customer needs, competitiveactivities, and industry trends, and leverage insights to refine salesstrategies.

Sales & Key Account Management

  1. Managethe full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure,driving conversion efficiency and achieving annual sales and key accountgrowth targets;

  2. Act asthe main business and technical contact for key accounts,building long-term strategic relationships through a deep understanding ofcustomer needs and decision processes;

  3. Delivertailored technical and commercial solutions, leading productdemonstrations, technical discussions, and commercial proposalpresentations to ensure strong alignment with customer applications;

  4. Leadcustomer meetings and project coordination, supporting smooth projectexecution and maintaining structured account and opportunity records toenable cross-functional collaboration.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  1. Analyze market and customer data and prepare regular reportshighlighting industry trends, competitive landscapes, and businessopportunities.

  2. Provide structured feedback to internal teams on marketdynamics and customer insights to support product development andmarketing initiatives.


Job requirements


  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.

  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales or keyaccount management within the industrial automation industry;international exposure is preferred.
  3. Proven track record of successfully developing and expandingkey accounts in automation or industrial equipment sectors.
  4. In-depth knowledge of automation technologies and applications,including PLCs, SCADA systems, robotics, motion control, and industrialcontrol systems.

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, andnegotiation skills.

  6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-termrelationships with key customers in complex B2B environments.

  7. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking and reportingtools.

  8. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectivelyin a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  9. English proficiency as a working language; additional languagessuch as German are a strong advantage.

  10. Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach tobusiness development and customer management.

  11. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  12. Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to differentcultural and business environments.
