Job description


  1. Participate in all electrical-related activities throughout theentire project lifecycle, including initiation, design, implementation,commissioning, and delivery.

  2. Design electrical control systems for potential projects atearly stages, including electrical schematics, control concepts, andsoftware programming.

  3. Take responsibility for all electrical design tasks duringproject execution, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery ofall electrical documentation.

  4. Coordinate electrical design activities across all projectphases, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and inline with quality standards.

  5. Perform electrical design work independently, including wiringdiagrams, control system design, and PLC programming.

  6. Ensure that all electrical designs and implementations complywith local and international regulations, standards, and safetyrequirements.

  7. Collaborate closely with the mechanical engineering team toconduct technical feasibility and manufacturability assessments.

  8. Stay informed of industry trends and technological advancementsto maintain up-to-date electrical engineering knowledge and practices.

  9. Monitor project operations during later stages and proactively identify,analyze, and resolve electrical-related issues.

  10. Implement risk management activities by identifying, assessing,and developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.

  11. Work closely with customers and internal cross-functional teamsto understand requirements, provide project updates, and promptly identifyand resolve risks and issues.

  12. Provide technical support and guidance to the after-salesservice team, and offer technical consultation and support to the salesteam.

  13. Maintain the integrity, consistency, and synchronization of allproject documentation stored on servers, including drawings, programs,photos, and related files.


Job requirements


  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or arelated discipline.

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical control systemdevelopment and design within the non-standard automation industry.
  3. Proven experience covering the full electrical projectlifecycle.
  4. Proficient in mainstream PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-200,S7-300) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and familiar withrelated communication and network modules.
  5. At least 3 years of experience in HMI programming and design(e.g., Siemens HMI), with solid knowledge of standard HMI programmingprinciples.
  6. Strong capability in electrical component selection andunderstanding of component characteristics.
  7. Proficient in mainstream electrical drawing software such asCAD and EPLAN.
  8. English proficiency sufficient for professional workingcommunication, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writingskills.

  9. Strong team spirit with excellent interpersonal andcoordination skills.

  10. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  11. Willingness to travel internationally and work effectively indiverse cultural environments.
