Job description

1. Participate in customer relationship management activities; 

2. Sustain potential project list and potential project resource application forms; 

3. Cooperate with sales manager to complete cost; analysis and quotation, project Milestone planning; 

4. Assist the sales manager in technical communication with customers and make corresponding meeting minutes; 

5. Support the sales manager to hold contract review meetings (technical risk, material budget, working hour budget, time plan feasibility, resources) and make corresponding meeting minutes; 

6. Collect project bidding information; 

7. Maintain and update of major customer management files.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, international students are preferred; 

2. Business or technical background is preferred; 

3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent oral English; 

4. At least 3 months of internship

Job description

1. Cooperate with design dept. to update HR schedules on a regular basis; 

2. Check and supervise the implementation of the project dept.; 

3. Update PM whiteboard information; 

4. Integrate information of project dept. to other functional departments; 

5. Monitor weekly project status (PAT or FAT); 

6. Cultivate statistics of customer visits, department trips, and report accordingly to related personnel

Job requirements
