Another Delivery! High-Flexibility 3-in-1 E-Drive Production Line

Recently, Ruhlamat has successfully delivered another highly flexible automated production line for 3-in-1 electric drives. Completing the project and putting it into operation in just 6 months, Ruhlamat has injected new momentum into the customer's market competitiveness.

The entire line comprises 70 workstations, achieving an 85% automation rate through robot process optimization. Under the layout of an 80×60m² circular conveying system combined with standardized process station design, the space utilization rate has been increased by 10% compared to the same workshop area.

Adopting a modular design, 85% of the workstations can realize quick changeover, enabling flexible production. The production line features high compatibility and can simultaneously support the e-drive production of multiple mainstream domestic new energy vehicle models. The new product launch cycle is significantly shortened, helping customers respond quickly to market demands.

image.pngThe whole line is equipped with error prevention and correction mechanisms, ensuring a yield rate of over 99.5%. Every product is completed under the dual guarantee of data and quality.
